Life is a constant series of changes: what felt certain yesterday may feel uncertain tomorrow.
Facing life transitions brings one to a threshold, a "crossing over" or liminal space - an often uncomfortable space in which one senses you have left something behind, yet you have not yet fully moved onto something else.

This liminal "waiting space" can bring us face-to-face with our inner fears about who we are, how we show up in the world, our strengths and vulnerabilities - it can cause us to question our very core values, beliefs and choices.

Being jolted out of our habitual life can, however, bring the gift of letting go and creating a new reality in which we discover space within us for growth and transformation.
Holding a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore this liminal space is a central feature of holistic wellbeing coaching.
A mindful embodiment technique known as Open Awareness is used to gently encourage a widening of the client's perspective to allow a greater choice of helpful resources to be accessed.
The state of "open awareness" fosters a calm and receptive state of mind in which to explore, discover and begin to break old habits, manage difficult emotions and reconnect more deeply with one's true self.

We'll work together to help you understand yourself more deeply and discover a renewed perspective.
Six sessions available over 3 months. Time to explore self-limiting patterns, reconnect with your calm, grounded centre and develop practices to move ahead with confidence.
Add on two sessions over 2 months to fully integrate your new practices into your daily life and embody your growth for long lasting wellbeing.

The Holistic Wellbeing approach
My approach to coaching is holistic and integrative, addressing the whole person. It explores how you show up in your life and relationships in the present moment.
Whilst acknowledging the influence of the past, it doesn't dwell on traumatic experiences. Instead it focuses on transforming and healing the parts of you that may be limiting how your respond to life's challenges in the present.
This approach to coaching is compassionate, collaborative, and customised to your unique needs. I provide unconditional support and a safe space where together we can identify your strengths and help you build upon them. I use tailored processes to identify what gives your life meaning and purpose and, in turn, help you to consciously express this in your work, personal life and relationships..
